Description

I was looking through some DBZ art the other day and saw the Father Son Kamehameha against Cell. Then I had the idea of drawing Theo and Loah instead of Goku and Gohan. XD Also Loah randomly evolved just for this picture because there's no way a Cyndaquil would fit lol.
